Why a blog on people change? Well, I can think of three reasons.

The first reason is personal: I have a passion for individual and organisational change and I would love to share my thoughts and knowledge. Secondly, I believe that we can become much more evidence-based in our understanding and approach to change. I would like to contribute to this by examining and challenging our current beliefs. Thirdly, I would like to provide inspiration and knowledge for change practitioners to have the impact they can have.
